What is your delivery time?
Due to the hand-crafted nature of BatikWalla clothing, orders are usually shipped in about two to three weeks. Call or email for specific requests or updates on your order, but keep in mind that these things can not be rushed - less jeapordize the quality of the design.

What are the prices for your batik clothing line?
You'll find all prices, as well as photographs and descriptions in the online catalog.

Is my credit card payment secure?
Yes! We offer several ways to pay for your order. You may select to use Pay Pal, which uses the most secure encryption technology available, and allows you to use your credit card in complete privacy. Paypal will immediately send us your payment notice, and we will fill your order! You may also opt to pay via check or money order.

What if I don't want to pay online?
There are several alternative ways to order our products. To use regular mail, just use the shopping cart as usual. At the bottom of the cart, choose the payment option "pay with check or money order" from the drop down box. Your order will be shown in a printable format; just fill in your personal information (name, shipping address, etc.), print out your order and mail it in with a check or money order. Our mailing address is on the order form and also at the bottom of this page for your convenience. Orders made by money orders will be filled right away, while orders made by check will need to wait about 2 weeks for the checks to clear.

Are there other ways to order?
Yes, you can telephone in your order to us. For your convenience, you may go through our cart as usual and choose "Credit Card Transaction Via Telephone". We'll receive a copy of your order via email, so all you'll need to provide us with is your credit card information.

Can I use my paypal account?
Yes! Use our shopping cart and in the drop down box labeled "Payment Option" choose "pay pal". You'll be taken to the paypal secure website to enter your payment. Paypal will immediately send us your payment notice, and we will fill your order!

What is your refund policy?
If you cancel your order before it has shipped, all charges will be refunded. Exchanges can be made to the up to the full credit amount of the original purchase (not including the shipping) within 14 days of purchase.

If your order is received in damaged condition, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt for replacement. If you cancel or refuse shipment for any other reason, we will refund your charges less shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

Special circumstances for Exchange Credit past 14 days can be negotiated on a personal basis as long as the items are unwashed/unworn and we are notified in advance.

What about my personal information?
BatikWalla values your business and respects your privacy. We will use your personal information to fill and ship your order. We will never trade or give away any information about you to any other party. We may occasionally contact you about sales or appearances in your area, but you may easily opt out of even these rare emails.
